Countryside Cottages Policy and Rental Agreement


Thank you for choosing Countryside Cottages. Please fill out and sign the following form before or at check in.

Deposits: 50% deposit is due at the time a reservation is made.

Balance is due the day of check in. It can be paid in person, over the phone, or by emailed invoice. Balances not paid by 9pm on check-in day will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Initials:

Cancellation Policy:

  • All reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours after they are made for a full refund.
  • Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before the Check in day will receive a 50% refund on their deposit.
  • Reservations cancelled within 30 days of check in will not receive a refund.
  • Reservation insurance may be purchased for $50 at the time the reservation is made. It will allow you to receive a full refund for any reason at any time minus the $50 fee.

Rates: Rates are based upon the number of guests. Cottage guest limits are not to be exceeded.

Guest agrees that additional occupants in excess of the original number of registered guests
will result in a penalty for each additional guest per night. Initials:

Guest understands that unregistered guests are considered to be trespassing. Countryside Cottages reserves the right to cancel any reservation and require immediate vacancy of any booked cabin with no refund in the event that the number of occupants exceeds the cabins maximum. Initials:

Quiet Hours and Music:
At Countryside we strive to make sure all our guests have a relaxing stay. We ask that any music be kept generally low during the day and off at night. Fireworks are not permitted at anytime

Quiet Hours: 10pm to 10am Initials:

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside of the cottages. You may smoke outside.  There will be a $250 charge for smoking inside of cottage.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the cottage and to any furnishings. Damage charges under $500 will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. Initials:
Age Restriction: You must be at least 25 years old to rent
